Hello.  My name is Rich McQuillan and I am proud to say that I'm a lifetime resident of Rockville Centre, as well as the Acting Broker and Co-Owner of Links Realty.  As someone who has bought and sold real estate for well over a decade, I knew there had to be a better way to do business.  The level of customer service was never up to par as far as I was concerned and it was my dream to start a real estate company with that concept.

At Links, we are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The office is open at 9:00 am and closes at 5 pm every day, but we are always on call for you with any problems or questions that may arise.  When you call us, there is always someone to answer that call.

We offer a one year warranty on any home sold through us.  A buyer is making one of the most important investments they will probably ever make.  They will make that purchase with the reassurance that if there are any major problems, they will be repaired at a reasonable cost to them.

We also offer an engineer's inspection, as well as termite and asbestos inspections prior to listing a house, at no cost to the homeowner.

We are also affiliated with a licensed plumber, licensed electrician and licensed contractors to meet your needs after inspection.

You may wonder why I keep referring to "we" when it is a known fact that agents work independently.  Well, at Links, ALL the realtors work as a team.  We make it a priority to know all our homes.  We listed your home, so we know if the roof is new, or the boiler has just been replaced, or any special characteristics, and we make sure all potential buyers know about it too.
